Recepient was very pleased and said they were so beautiful they made her cry! However later on the recipient had a better look ar the flowers, and found that despite it being a beautiful arrangement, the actual flowers were not fresh and had to be disposed of the following day. The arrangement was actually delivered by Royal Mail, which is not the means of delivery I expected after paying £78 for it, knowing our Royal Mail of nowadays and the way I’ve seen packages being handled by them.
