I was very disappointed with the flowers I sent for a birthday present to my sister as they were so different to the picture on the website. I was particularly looking for a rustic bouquet and what I saw on the website looked just right. However the product delivered looked cheap and nasty. The ordering and delivery process was v good. The first picture is what was delivered the second picture is from the website.
